The 2021 Midlands Region Senior Orchestra is comprised of students in the 9th and 10th grades and is conducted by Sarah Smitherman. Their selections are:

- Themes from The Moldau – Smetana/arr. Frost
- Organ Fugue in g minor – J.S. Bach/arr. Bob Cerulli
- Finale from Serenade for Strings – P.I. Tchaikovsky/arr. Meyer
