The 2021 Midlands Region 4 Senior Orchestra is comprised of students in the 9th and 10th grades and is conducted by Julie Russell. Their selections are:

- Simple Symphony, III. Sentimental Saraband, IV. Frolicsome Finale – Benjamin Britten
